Labor and Estimates
General stand-alone labor rate: $75/hour
For estimated projects, labor is typically bundled based on the overall scope of work, which can help reduce the total cost compared with pricing each individual task separately. Payments made by cash or check will also reflect a lower total since no digital payment processing fee applies.

When an estimate is sent through our estimating software, a copy of our business license, proof of insurance, and W-9 will be attached for your records.

We provide estimates based on each project, as no two jobs are the same. The best way to get started is by texting photos and a short list of repairs or projects. Once received, a general estimate and next steps will be provided.
We work best with “to-do lists” of multiple tasks that need to be completed. We will bundle jobs to help reduce costs.
